Please review our policies before booking your appointment

Appointments

Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Clients should arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling or a shortened service.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to notify the salon may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit before future appointments can be booked.

Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required upon completion of services. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Cash — No extra fee
  • Venmo — +$5 fee
  • CashApp — +$5 fee
  • Credit/Debit Card — 5% fee

Children & Guests

Children must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, only clients receiving services should remain in the service area unless special arrangements have been made.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify the salon within 72 hours so we can address your concerns. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but reasonable corrections may be offered.

Health and Safety

Clients experiencing contagious illnesses should reschedule their appointments. The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health or safety risk. All tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Divine Image Hair Salon is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photography and Social Media

Photos of completed hairstyles may be taken for promotional purposes. Client permission will be requested before any identifiable photos are posted on social media.

Respectful Conduct

We maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or clients will not be tolerated. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
